Fitted on very late single points, autos and Japanese spec cars where the outlet was moved 45 degrees further away from the engine compared to the old original 12G103 shape (genuine original elbows had 12G103 stamped on them and either came plain or drilled). Now no longer available, on spi cars with no air conditioning use 12G103 and GRH247KEVLAR.
