The estimated delivery cost given to you in the checkout process is from an estimated parcel weight and does not take into account the volumetric limitations of the despatch methods available.

Also some combination of parts ( i.e. heavy with fragile) may require shipping in two separate packages to avoid parts being damaged in transit.

Because of this Minispares reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for delivery once the items have been packed, the earliest time we know the exact price that the courier will charge for the shipment.

Please be aware that in the case of large light items in an order, for example Wheel Arches, our Web Estimate for the shipping cost is likely to be too low. This is because our website quotes based on the total orders weight, whereas DHL quote based on the volumetric weight.

Total weight of package = 20kgs

Volumetric weight of the package = 17kg 

Since the weight of the box is higher than volumetric weight, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the box: 

DHL Chargeable weight = 20kgs

Size of packed box = 61cm x 21cm x 103cm.

Total weight of package = 3kgs

Volumetric weight of the package = 26.38kg 

Since the Volumetric weight is higher than the weight of the box, the shipping charge will be calculated based on theVolumetric weight.
