 How to Test Your Browser
  To access the secured area or to login, you must have javascript enabled and your browser set to accept "cookies". To test your browser click on the "Test Browser" button below and scroll down to the 'Results'.

 How to Enable Browser Cookies
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x
   
  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  • Click on the "Advanced" button.
  • To enable:
    • Check the "Override automatic cookie handling" box.
    • Set both First and Third-party cookies to "Accept".
    • Check the "Always allow session cookies" box.
    • Click "OK" to close the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window.
  • Click "OK"
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
   
  • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  • Click on the "Security" tab.
  • Click "Custom Level" button.
  • Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
  • To enable:
    • Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
    • Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
  • Click "OK".
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
   
  • Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
  • Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  • Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
  • To enable:
    • Select "Always accept cookies".
  • Click "OK".

  • Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
  • Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
  • To enable:
    • Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
  • Click "OK".

  • Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
  • In the "Essentials" section, click on "Internet [Web] Options"
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  • Click on the "Advanced" button
  • Ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.

  • Check "Always allow session cookies"
  • Click on "OK"

  • Find "Internet" in the listings.
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab.

 How to Enable Java Script
  JavaScript has either not been turned on, or your web browser is running an older version of JavaScript. Please make sure that JavaScript has been enabled:

Internet Explorer
Click Tools from your browser's menu bar, then select Internet Options. Select the Security tab, then click the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Scripting options and Enable Active Scripting. Click OK twice to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.
  Netscape
Click Edit from your browser's menu bar, then select Preferences. Click the Advanced category and be sure that "Enable JavaScript" is checked. Click OK twice to return to this Browser Test, then reload this page.

  • To find out what version of NAVIGATOR you are using, click on HELP and then click on ABOUT COMMUNICATOR.
  • To find out what version of AOL you are using, click on HELP (on tool bar) and then click on ABOUT AMERICA ONLINE.
 How to Clear Your Cache

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • Click on Tools.
  • Click on Internet Options.
  • Click on the General tab.
  • Press the Delete Files button.
  • Click on Ok.

  • Click on View.

  • Press the Delete Files button.
