Minispares online collection policy is designed so customers can pre order items for collection from our Potters Bar & Harrogate stores. We can then make sure we have the items in stock and reserve them for you. We then have the chance to notify you by email in advance if any of the items you require are out of stock.
For next day collection you must ensure you have placed your order before 12 noon & checked your email after 5.30 for your collection confirmation. Confirming that we have all the good you want in stock and available for your collection.
To order collection by Credit Card & Pay by Credit Card.
The person who’s credit card is charged for the collection must be person who comes to collect the goods, and must bring another form of identification. i.e. Drivers licence, Passport.
At the point when your order is available for collection your credit card will be charged for the goods & you will be notified by email.
If you have not collected your goods within 4 weeks of the order being available for collection then Minispares will charge you a storage charge of 10% of the order price by refunding only 90% of the order value to your credit card and then cancel the order.
To order collection by Credit Card & Pay by Cash or Cheque on Collection.
You must use a credit card to reserve the items & in the comments box on the first stage of the shopping cart you must specify “Payment by Cash on Collection” or “Payment by Cheque on Collection”
For payments by cheque then a cheque guarantee card is required to cover the full value of the order.
If you have not collected your goods within 4 weeks of the order being available for collection then Minispares will charge you a storage charge of 10% of the order price onto the credit card details supplied and then cancel the order.
